– Telyt 400mm F/6.8 lenshead 11903 (#2514xxx)
– R Tube 11906 (made for Leicaflex or Leica with R mount)
– Shoulder support
– Pistol grip

It comes with the original box set.

[Exc+ Condition] Would overall be in clean condition however there might be minor dust visible on the optics, but nothing that would affect optical performance.
There are a few slight cosmetics marks on the lens cap and lens barrel.
